Once the registrants ID is uploaded we will only use this information for verifying registrant identity as part of our security checks. The documentation will be securely deleted after the verification process is complete and no more than 10 working days after the close of any event unless required for further security related purposes.

Should we do so at live events, a clear notice will be provided that gives the opportunity to opt-out or opt-in to such sharing as required by applicable data protection laws. The third party partner's use of your details will be in accordance with their notice provided and its privacy policy and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
