Marketing communications from third parties

In some cases, we may share your name and email address with carefully selected third parties (such as our exhibitors, sponsors and partners) who we believe you will benefit from hearing from. This may include promotional emails from pharmaceutical companies in relation to prescription only medicines.

At our events your delegate badge may, with your permission, be scanned by sponsor or exhibiting companies in the exhibition hall. If you allow your badge to be scanned, you agree for those companies to contact you about their products, events and services – some of which may be promotional in nature. This may affect any previous permissions you may have given when registering for the event.
